Alma Hodge was Orson's wife who mysteriously disapeared.

Alma reappears during season 3 desperatly trying to get Orson to take her back as his wife. She faked suicide and raped Orson while he was unconscious and probably became pregnant, but never gave birth because of her death. Orson's mother later locks Alma in her house, desperate to finish Bree off once and for all. Alma sneeks out of her house and onto the roof where she falls down into the rose bush below. When Orson's mother was having a stroke, Orson didn't want her to die in his house, and took her to Alma's where he noticed Alma's dead body. He placed his mother beside her on the lawn. The police concluded that Alma committed suicide by jumping of her roof since they found a fake suicide note (she used it to rape Orson) and the bag of Monique Polier's teeth.
